Partnership framework

A governance framework for accountable issuers, operators, verifiers and integration teams.

Match a role to a specific problem

Potential collaboration should begin with a bounded use case rather than a logo exchange. An asset operator may supply source evidence, a qualified verifier may assess it and an integrator may connect approved systems. Each role needs a clear scope and a reason to participate.

Separate technical and regulated responsibilities

A technology role does not confer authority to provide custody, trading, payments or other regulated services. Financial applications depend on appropriately licensed partners and applicable permissions. Verify the legal entity, license scope and jurisdiction independently before describing a regulated arrangement.

Agree evidence, liability and governance

Every collaboration maps data ownership, approval rights, evidence quality, incident handling and dispute resolution. Agreements set out who can correct records, suspend activity and end participation.

Evaluate before making commitments

Start with a short, non-confidential brief. We review technical fit, legal requirements and success criteria together, then agree the partnership model in writing.
