Questions to ask before relying on digital trust
Clear answers about RMOZ, our products and how digital records work.
Positioning and proof
RMOZ is Trusted Digital Infrastructure: a platform and services that help organisations digitise assets, verify records and connect business processes through tokenization, traceability and selective use of blockchain.
Records and the physical world
A digital record can organize statements about a product or asset, but does not inspect the object. Physical identification, qualified inspection and accountable custody remain separate responsibilities. Missing or disputed evidence should stay visible rather than becoming a positive verification badge.
Architecture and regulation
Choose the smallest architecture that meets the actual coordination need. Financial applications require appropriate licensed partners and regulatory permissions; privacy and sovereignty require specific, validated controls. Neither follows automatically from using blockchain or hosting a website under a local domain.
A responsible next step
Prepare a short, non-confidential description of the problem, participants and desired outcome. Use the checklist to separate requirements from assumptions. Inquiry collection remains disabled unless the server has an authorized webhook configured and the privacy approval gate is enabled.
FAQ
Questions, answered
What does RMOZ help with?
RMOZ helps organisations digitise assets, verify records and connect governed processes through tokenization, traceability and Web3 infrastructure where it adds value.
How do we access the platform and APIs?
Access is provided as part of an implementation. Each client receives environments, credentials and documentation from our team.
Which sectors does RMOZ serve?
RMOZ serves sectors where trust in records matters, including precious metals, banking, real estate, trade, healthcare, education, government and more. See the Sectors page for details.
Is blockchain always better than a database?
No. A database may be preferable when a single accountable operator can meet the requirements. Compare governance, privacy, cost, recovery and portability before deciding.
Does tokenization guarantee ownership or returns?
No. Rights depend on law, evidence and agreements. Tokenization makes those rights easier to manage and transfer within the rules set by licensed parties.
Does provenance make AI trustworthy?
It may make sources and transformations easier to inspect. It does not guarantee accuracy, lawful data use, freedom from bias or correct reasoning.
